REGULAR BOARD MEETING

Trustee Kerry Dineen

Trustee Harvey C. Vlahos

Present: Tim McIntyre

Acting Mayor William Aylward opened the meeting with the Pledge to Allegiance.

Trustee Vlahos made a motion seconded by Trustee Dineen to hire Lucas Oliver as full-time Department of Public Works Laborer @ $12.65 per hour effective February 20, 2007 per recommendation of Timothy McIntyre.

Trustee Vlahos made a motion seconded by Trustee Dineen to adjourn.
